Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love of learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents,
and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum and extracurricular programs.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
