Robert Half are excited to announce we are working with a global and prestigious Financial Services business who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.
We are looking for a highly organised candidate with a strong work ethic who is interested in joining the Internal Talent / Internal Recruitment team.
THE ROLE :
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Managing candidate pipeline and keeping high levels and efficient communication with candidates in process.
- Update and manage the internal database.
- Assisting with planning and execution of Recruitment events.
- Assisting with ad hoc Administration & projects.
THE PERSON :
- 1-2 years experience as an Administrator, PA,
EA or Office Assistant in professional / corporate services.
- Confident liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Wanting to progress their career within Internal Talent / Recruitment.
- Happy to be office based 4 days per week.
