As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and engaging directly with our customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our renewable energy products and services.
- Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Help organise and participate in community events and trade shows to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update the company’s marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for events.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
- Must not have applied to Aim within the past 30 days.
- Previous experience in a marketing or sales role is preferred but not essential; a strong willingness to learn and develop is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for marketing and sustainability.
