The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Derivatives & Structured Finance Associate to join this Magic Circle law firm in London.
- Within this role you will be;
- Advising on generally large-scale structured financing transactions, acting for deal participants by advising on, structuring, documenting, negotiating and managing the execution of the transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and amending documentation
- Providing strategic guidance to clients
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
