Key Responsibilities :
- Attend and present at viewings, launches, and property events.
- Support sales and customer care teams with enquiries, sales leads, and customer updates.
- Manage site visits for surveyors, deliveries, and other necessary activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the strong Pocket brand.
Ideal Candidate :
- Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Previous experience in new or affordable homes is a plus but not essential.
