The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate to join this top 50 City of London firm.
The duties include acting with a broad range of clients from developers to funders. As well as Drafting construction documentation, which encompasses tasks such as finalizing consultants' appointments, formulating building contracts using standard templates, drafting letters of intent, creating collateral warranties, issuing third-party rights notices,
establishing parent company guarantees, and securing performance bonds.
Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will have 0-3 years PQE in a relevant field.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
