Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive ICT lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize appropriate technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences,
and professional development activities
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in ICT
- Proven experience teaching ICT in a primary / secondary education setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and assessment requirements
- Ability to create and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- High level of ICT competency and familiarity with relevant software and tools
- Adherence to professional ethics and safeguarding guidelines
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the school community
