We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Kitchen Porter , to join our Stewarding Department ona casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently deliveringmemorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.
It isimportant to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support ourhappy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diversebackgrounds and life experiences.
As a Casual Kitchen Porter ,your main duties and expectations for the role will include :
- To maintain clean, hygienic and safe standards withinkitchen and BOH areas.
- To carry out a monthly stock take of operatingequipment in banqueting areas and store and report to Back of House Manager / AssistantBack of House Manager.
- To ensure silver,
glassware, chinaware and kitchenequipment are properly washed, cleaned, dried and stored according toestablished standards.
- To ensure that the use of chemicals and machineryis adhered to as per COSHH and training standards in the department. No machineryor chemicals are to be used if you have not been trained in.
- To conduct checks on assigned areas to establish cleaningand mise-en place needs
You will work the hours according to your availability andbusiness needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shiftsaccordingly.
