In this role,
the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal advice on a variety of commercial disputes.
The ability to navigate high-pressure situations with composure and deliver results for clients is paramount. A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice will be your guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending a range of litigation documents.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution tactics.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- A minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial litigation.
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A current practising certificate.
