As Operational Excellence Manager, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement that will shape the future of this companies production processes.
This role places you at the heart of the action, reporting directly to the Site Director.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. Leading multiple projects, driving team-based CI events, your influence will be crucial to ensure success at the site.
You will oversee Performance Improvement working collaboratively across departments.
Analytical and detailed in your approach, your ability to evaluate KPI data, develop reports, and articulate improvement narratives will be invaluable.
To be considered for this role, you should possess a minimum Foundation level in lean or equivalent, with Kaizen or Six Sigma credentials (ideally Green Belt).
A background in the food manufacturing industry is essential, as is a proven track record in Continuous Improvement, project management, and people leadership.
Your ability to forge successful relationships at all organisational levels, coupled with strong influencing skills, will be key to your success.
