Due to continued growth, we have an opening for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Birmingham office
Based in the prestigious offices at Lyndon House Edgbaston,
you will be responsible for interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
Day to day tasks will include :
- screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- organising interviews and selection events
- making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- helping applicants to prepare for interviews
- building relationships with clients, through a variety of mediums such as telephone calls, face to face visits and marketing material
No day is the same in recruitment. In order to succeed in this role, you will likely have had some sales experience, either over the phone or face to face.
You will ideally have some knowledge or interest in the construction sector. You will be a confident communicator, both verbally and written and have a resilience and persistence when it comes to making the sale!
You will need a high attention to detail and be target driven. Moreover,
you will be hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success
