Job description
Are you a data driven marketer with an eye for detail and crafting email communication? Coople are looking for a CRM / Email Automation Specialist to help optimise our Marketing Stack to ensure customers and users are delivered the right message at the right time.
Coople has a large database of over million workers as well as a deep pipeline of prospective customers and current users.
Spanning both UK and Swiss markets, you will be instrumental to taking Coople’s marketing efforts to the next level, bringing industry best practices and energy to a vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimisation and management of our global CRM stack focus on email automation.
- Data segmentation and list management for customer engagement / reactivation / retention.
- Devise strategies to maintain regular and actionable communication for both BB and BC audiences within our database.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence, Product and Salesforce Admin to improve data quality and be a subject matter expert on behalf of Marketing.
- End to end email marketing / automation campaigns using Pardot, with support from the wider marketing team.
- HTML email design and best practice. Experience driving the desired action from the target audience.
- Test, monitor and report on email marketing performance.
- Train and upskill the wider marketing team on key CRM functions and Email Marketing / Automation best practices.
- Own key projects for outbound email marketing campaigns delivering increased performance and optimisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an email marketing, CRM focused role. Preferably with experience both BB and BC.
- User journey mapping and campaign analysis. With a focus on A / B testing.
- Expert knowledge in database segmentation and data hygiene.
- Track record of successful campaigns nurturing, reactivating and retaining customers.
- Experience managing marketing lifecycle automations.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation tools.
- Attention to detail and refining datapoints.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
