About the job

We are seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join the team at a high-end Fitness Studio.

As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving membership growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Therefore,





you will take the lead on all membership sales - from lead generation to providing trialists with an unforgettable experience all the way to membership conversion.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the gym achieves its business targets while upholding the premium brand values.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for fitness, and sales, to thrive in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Your financial and professional success will be dictated on whether or not the business performs financially. The Sales & Business Development Manager is not only a mentor, but an Ambassador of our brand.

The Role.

Membership Sales and Revenue Growth :

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase membership sign-ups and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead initial and ongoing sales initiatives (sales events, studio events, community outreach) ensuring membership acquisition and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses and corporate clients.
- Manage and optimise the sales pipeline, tracking performance through key metrics such as lead conversion, retention rates, and customer feedback.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members,





delivering a personalised, consultative sales approach that aligns with the gym’s high-end service.
- Engage with members to understand their fitness goals, recommend suitable packages, and promote the premium offerings.
- Handle inquiries and provide thorough, engaging tours of the gym facilities to prospective members, highlighting the value and exclusivity of our services.
- Execute community calendar promotions and events.

Team Collaboration and Leadership :

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with the coaching and operational staff to deliver a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to long-term membership.

Brand Recognition :







- Lead on marketing projects, events, and promotions as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance with company standards.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis :

- Monitor trends in the fitness industry to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and maintain an understanding of local market dynamics to position the studio as a leading boutique Fitness and Wellbeing facility.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Regularly report on sales performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimising conversion rates and improving the customer journey.
- Analyse sales data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.

The Person







Experience and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the health & fitness industry, luxury sector, or a high-end service environment.
- Experience in client relationship management and building strong customer networks.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data analytics tools to manage the sales pipeline.
