Senior Accountant - Part-Time Flexible Role (21+ Hours / Week)

The Role :
They are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients and oversee significant audit and accounts projects.
This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time work with flexible hours.
You will review the work of junior staff and report directly to the partners, ensuring that high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage audit and accounts projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Supervise and review the work of junior staff, providing constructive feedback.
- Report to the partners, maintaining open communication on project status and client needs.
- Ensure all work is compliant with current regulations and industry standards.

Requirements :
- Qualified accountant (ACA,
ACCA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
- 3-5 years post-qualification experience, ideally with significant exposure to audit and accounts.
- Strong client management and project leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
