Job description
Wayman Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join a brilliant independent school in Brent starting in April.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that meet the individual needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of the English curriculum
- Implement effective classroom management techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding student progress and achievements
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English to primary or secondary school students
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the English language and literature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices
- A genuine passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
