Head Chef All Day Dining Kitchen

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our talented team in our All Day Dining Kitchen.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of the kitchen to design, execute and improve on a diverse and delicious selection for Palm Court lounge, Artesian bar, In-Room Dining and Langham Club lounge.

The Langham, London has partnered with the renowned Chez Roux, led by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr., to elevate its dining experience in Palm Court Restaurant.

In the role of Head Chef, your key focus will be to :

- Manage all aspects of the kitchen,





from food preparation to presentation espeically for Chez Roux concept.
- Design and innovate seasonal, high-quality, and creative dishes that align with the restaurant’s culinary vision.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and disciplined environment.
- Monitors food cost and gross profit percentages on a weekly basis and takes action to remedy any identified negative trends.

Do you have?

- previous similar experience, ideally within a 5* luxury hotel environment with outlet restaurants
- knowledge in the latest food trends and understanding of the business
- creativity, innovation and style to cater to a diverse operation
- excellent communication, administration, organisation and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a multi-talented team
- passion for developing a team of passionate chefs
- food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
