Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans using the ADKAR model
- Lead change management activities across various projects to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies






- Collaborate with team members to identify the effects of change and devise suitable strategies to minimize them.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
- Create and deliver engaging change management communications and training materials
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Provide coaching and support to project teams and individuals to build change management capabilities
- Stay informed about current industry trends and integrate them into change management strategies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (., Information Technology, Business Administration), or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably using the ADKAR model
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine the impact of change and develop appropriate strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,





dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing change management initiatives in complex organizations
- Knowledge of the financial industry and its regulatory environment is desirable
- Change management certification (., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
