The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Tax Associate / Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE to join this Top 40 City of London firm.
Some experience of venture capital tax would be desirable whilst experience of EIS / VCT is helpful but not necessary. The team have the UK's leading VCT / EIS tax practice and, as such,
a significant proportion of the time is dedicated to advising investors and companies on making and raising qualifying investments.
Within this role you will structure and restructure investments to ensure compliance and frequently engage with HMRC on a wide variety of issues including to pre-empt the impact of the continuously evolving legislative framework in this area.
The wider team is split into 5 different categories covering different areas of tax; Venture Capital Tax, Corporate Tax, Management incentives and employment tax, Real Estate Tax, and Tax Disputes.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will have 3+ years PQE in a relevant field.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
