Job Description

Urgent 1 x 30 hour contract (10 : 30-16 : 301 x 17.5 hour contract (time TBC but it would be between 2-7pm)

- Accurately process CVs and update candidate records within the database.
- Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.






- Communicate with candidates and clients professionally via phone and email.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline the recruitment process.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and issues promptly and effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CV Processor should have :

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
