Student Barista / Catering Assistant
This role is open to current students at the University of Leeds only
Interviews are expected to take place between the 8th and 12th July
Salary : Grade 2 (£12 per hour)
Are you a current student looking for part time casual work to support your studies? Do you have excellent customer service skills?
Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role in the retail or catering industry?
The Catering & Hospitality department at the University of Leeds is looking to recruit a number of staff to work across the Refectory and eleven cafes on campus.
Duties will include :
- Barista hot and cold drink service
- Food service
- Till operation
- Customer service and hospitality / event service
Flexible shift patterns around your study commitments and up to 20 hours per week available during term-time, with the opportunity for out of term and summer conferencing work also available.
Training is expected to take place in September 2024, with most roles starting in term 1. Successful applicants with significant barista / food service experience may be able to start earlier in summer 2024.
