- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Design & Technology
- Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of a diverse group of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress
- Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance
- Foster a collaborative and creative atmosphere within the classroom
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Design & Technology education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design & Technology or a related field
- Teaching qualification or relevant experience in education
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Design & Technology curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young people and inspiring their creative abilities
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
