The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Private Equity Supervising Associate to join this top 40 City of London law firm.
The role will provide the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile private equity transactions, frequently with an international element.
You will work with Partners and associates in both London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.
- The wider corporate team focus on the following core areas;
- Transactions for asset management and investment funds and private equity;
- M&A;, public and private;
- Joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructurings;
- Corporate governance and listed company advisory; and
- Equity capital markets;
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor with 4-7 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
