- Prepare for Success : Prepare students for success in relevant Chemistry qualifications.
- Encourage Inquiry : Foster a love of science and encourage scientific inquiry through hands-on experiments and investigations.
- Contribute to the Department : Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the Chemistry department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Chemistry Teacher : With a passion for the subject and a proven track record of success in teaching Chemistry.
- Strong Subject Knowledge : Demonstrated expertise in Chemistry, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and physical chemistry.
- Excellent Classroom Management : Effective classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Inspirational Leader : Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities, fostering a love of chemistry and encouraging their curiosity.
- Collaborative Team Player : Willingness to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and create a supportive learning environment.
