Secondary Teaching Assistant the responsibilities
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Providing support to students with diverse learning needs
- Facilitating small group activities and discussions
- Offering guidance and encouragement to students
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Secondary Teaching Assistant requirements
- Graduate with a 2 : 1 or higher (from a top UK university)
- A passion for education and a desire to support student learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
- Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential
- Ambition and can-do attitude
