Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to the school community
- Implement and adhere to school policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and keeping abreast of new educational advancements
