Due to a steadily growing client base and workload, this Top 200 firm seeks a Senior Residential Property / Conveyancing Solicitor 5+ PQE to join its progressive outfit, located in South-London.
The Firm :
Located in South London, boasting a modern, 21st Century approach , this practice is well regarded in all areas, especially Conveyancing and now have a loyal client base established across the UK and internationally.
They are now firmly woven into the fabric of London's Conveyancing market due to its handling of high-quality matters .
They also encourage working from home up to THREE days a week.
The Role :
This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions.
This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.
Requirements & Salary :
- You will be a Senior Residential Property / Conveyancing Lawyer 5+relevant years PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
- Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
