The role
The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firms vibrant, Central London office based close to Euston.
You work as part of a growing Real Estate team which is known for dealing with an exceptional quality of work. You will join a vibrant team of five.
You will work with the Head of Department to grow, shape and drive the department forwards.
You will deal with a broad caseload across many sectors, which will make for an interesting role, caseload will include;
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, commercial leases, licenses to assign, property development, portfolio management and some construction matters.
This role comes with good prospects, as a result of departmental growth.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have excellent client care skills
- Salary is negotiable depending on your background and level of experience
