This Top Tier Legal 500 & Chambers ranked firm are now seeking an Employment Senior Associate 6+ PQE to help drive the department forward.
The Firm :
Based in the City of London, the leadership within this practice is very strong ; they have a clear path of where they want the business to grow, where they want to be and how they are going to achieve this.
Culturally, this firm is very modern promoting flexibility, autonomy and freedom . There will be a split of office / remote working two-three days a week .

The Role :
The Employment department deals with an excellent quality of work which includes but is not limited to; breach of contract (Contentious & Non-Contentious), discrimination, bullying & harassment, equal pay and the handling of more complex matters.
Requirements :
- You will be an Employment Senior Lawyer 6+ relevant years PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
