Science Teacher Opportunity - Merton Secondary School
Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Merton, is seeking a dynamic and qualified Science Teacher to join their esteemed faculty.
This full-time, permanent position commences in September and presents an exceptional opportunity for career growth and professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3,
4, and 5.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning and achievement.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current scientific advancements and pedagogical best practices.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Demonstrated experience teaching Science at the secondary level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
