Hours : 37.5 (Part-time considered)
Salary : Up to £41,600 per annum

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans.

- Collaborate with team leaders and the wider MDT to ensure seamless care.
- Support patients through community activities and home visits.
Who We’re Looking For :
A Senior Occupational Therapist with :
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration .
- Proven experience in neurological rehabilitation .
- Strong clinical reasoning, risk management, and patient care skills.
