SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

The role will involve Moving & Handling and Team Teach Free accredited training will be given in both these areas.
Key Responsibilities :
Supporting Classroom Activities : Assist the class teacher in planning and implementing differentiated instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with special educational needs.
One-on-One Support :
Provide individualized support to students with SEN, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaboration : Work closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
Assessment and Progress Monitoring : Support in the assessment of students’ progress and contribute to the review of individual learning goals, providing feedback to the teaching team.
Behavior Management : Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students.

- The minimum rate of pay £80 to £100 per day
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST :
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application
- Provide a minimum of two professional references
