Job Title : Band 7 Dietitian Complex Needs Team Leader

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our Complex Needs Team in a community setting. This is a temporary position starting at the end of September, with a duration of 3 to 4 months.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for improving patient outcomes and a strong background in managing complex nutritional needs.
This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £34 per hour.
Main responsibilities of this Dietetics vacancy :
- Lead and manage the Complex Needs Team, ensuring high-quality nutritional care for patients with diverse and complex needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive nutritional assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to patients.
- Provide expert advice and education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Essential requirements of this Dietetics vacancy :
- HCPC registration
- Right to work in the UK
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a community setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
