Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to be a part of our Adults Assessment & Safeguarding Team based in East London.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults at risk to identify their needs and safeguarding concerns.
- Develop, implement,
and review care plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
- Collaborate with other agencies to provide effective social work services and safeguard adults at risk.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
