The role :
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate 5+ years PQE to join a highly regarded disputes team to be based in their Bristol office.
With strong capabilities in handling cross-border claims and high-end litigation, this litigation team acts for clients in a range of sectors including retail, financial services, digital and energy, with an increase in cases arising out of the public sector.
They are looking to welcome a Senior Associate who will have the scope to do a broad diet of work including contractual disputes, negligence claims, contractual interpretation, retention of title disputes, sale of goods and services disputes, and misrepresentation claims,
as well as large debt claims and insolvency-related issues.
Aside from fee-earning and leading on transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones.
You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
