Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit Chef de Rang for our Pavyllon Restaurant and Bar Antoine by Yannick Alleno .

Chef Yannick Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants.







He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris.

Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

Your role

As our Restaurant Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant and Bar team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.

You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons' and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them.

You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menu's, ingredients,





and beverages within our outlets. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day.
