Job Title : - Local Business Development Manager or LBDM (Motor Trade)
Location : - Guildford
Salary £35,000 OTE £65,000
Holt Recruitment are on the look-out for a Local Business Development Manager in the Guildford area. They are one of the most successful Motor Trade businesses the UK, working with one of the most prominent and successful Premium Marques in the Motor Trade.
You’ll be shown the ropes of the role, with training and development alongside the Sales Manager to help you understand how to be successful in the role, with your own flair and personality.
Importantly you’ll be guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months of your employment to you get off to the best possible start in your career with them.
- £35,000 basic with an OTE of £65,000
- Mon Fri only role
- Company car
Requirements for Local Business Development Manager : -
- A track record with proven sales success with local businesses you’ll know how to approach, present and understand each client, whether they are a local florist or a 500+ employee business.
- UK Driving licence for client visits.
- Appetite and fire; ability to push boundaries (in other words, hit / exceed targets & provide memorable service).
- Experience selling cars in a similar role.
