We are seeking an outstanding and inspirational leader to join our dynamic Physical Education department as the Head of PE.

Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Vision :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the PE program, aligning with the school's overall vision and educational goals.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, and promotes lifelong participation in physical activity.
- Ensure the PE program complies with national curriculum requirements and incorporates innovative teaching methods.
- Teaching and Learning :
- Lead by example, teaching high-quality PE lessons that foster a love of sport and physical activity
- Oversee the work of PE teachers within the program, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PE program, implementing improvements based on data analysis.
- Relationships and Wellbeing :
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents,
fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the PE program.
- Promote the importance of physical and mental well-being, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
- Champion equal opportunities to participate and excel in PE and sports.
- Extracurricular Activities :
- Oversee and develop a range of extracurricular sports clubs and activities catering to diverse interests and abilities.
- Encourage participation in interschool competitions and external sporting events, providing guidance and support to student athletes.
- School Community :
- Collaborate effectively with other departments within the school to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Contribute to the wider school community by participating in school events and initiatives.
