The role :
Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate 6+ years PQE to progress within a highly successful dispute resolution team in Bristol.
This is a diverse and high-performing dispute resolution practice that deals with some of the largest and most complex cases.
Therefore, you can expect a varied diet of work encompassing core areas like corporate disputes, commercial disputes and business partnership disputes.
In addition,
you can get involved in a range of specialisms including product liability, energy & utilities disputes, defamation & reputation management, professional negligence, banking litigation, financial recovery disputes, Judicial Reviews, and Public Law disputes.
Aside from fee-earning and leading transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones.
You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
