We are now recruiting for an experienced Shift Engineer to join our five-star, luxurious boutique hotel. Have fun working alongside a fantastic team and enjoy a world where career progression opportunities and world class training is available to you.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Shift Engineer you will communicate with guests / customers to resolve maintenance issues.
Perform preventative maintenance and visual inspections on equipment, tools, machines, and the mechanical room.
Carry equipment (., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change. Communicate and record each day’s problems and activities.
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn in the following areas : Air conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and painting.
Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel.
Experience :
At least 2 years of related work experience

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Organised and can multi-task
Education or Certification
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
