This role will initially be aligned to a current internal project where STADA Thornton and Ross are transitioning from the current 3PL to a new one.

The role will be responsible for the supply chain planning workstream activities including managing POs and recommending their destination warehouse, liaising with the production team to ensure stock is sent to the right place and working with commercial to ensure the customer switchover plan is executed seamlessly.

This project has high visibility within the T&R; and STADA business and therefore gives you the opportunity to meet key stakeholders and influence a critical business objective from day one.

Once this project is completed,





you will be embedded into the commercial supply chain planning team where you will be accountable for the commercial supply chain activities, aligned to a specific internal customer group, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are achieved, balanced with achieving working capital targets.

This is an integrated commercial supply chain role, incorporating Demand Planning, CMO Supply Planning and Inventory Management and in this role you will collaborate closely with all key functions along the value chain.

In this role, on a day-to-day basis you will :

- Lead the demand management process for your customer group for all their product portfolio requirements as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process






- Collaborate with the commercial organisation to ensure demand plans accurately reflect latest market intelligence and assumptions
- Define the planning parameters for your portfolio in collaboration with Group Supply Chain
- Own and be accountable for your SC master data
- To ensure CMO supply plans are in place that support both customer service and working capital objectives

A solid foundation of supply chain planning and or demand management experience ideally in the FMCG and or pharmaceutical sectors.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Demand or Supply Specialist that wants to broaden their skills to gain more rounded knowledge in an end-to-end Supply Chain role.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external third-party suppliers, acting as the interface between commercial and in-house supply, ensuring collaboration around demand and supply, balancing service, inventory health and operational efficiency






- Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage your own workload, adhering to project timelines and perform critical thinking to overcome the challenges of the transition project
