Job description
Production Manager, Redditch, up to £50k
My client is an established manufacturing company with a satellite facility based in Redditch. They are actively seeking to recruit a proven and skilled Production Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all production (manufacturing) areas, the shopfloor team, transport, stock etc.
This is a ’hands on’’ role and will require excellent people management skills plus knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques and skills.
You must be UK based, with full leave to remain as sponsorship is not available.
