This contractor is delivering entiremunities ready for their new occupants upon projectpletion,





and due to continued demand and reputation for quality, they now require an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

You will be based initially on a large-scale scheme in Belfast.

Your new role :

Based in Belfast, on the outskirts of the city and in a verymutable location to the motorway, your new role will see you working alongside a team of construction professionals to delivery turnkey residential properties from inception to delivery.

As part of a management team, you will be delivering a large-scale residential development in West Belfast. This development will include 653 homes,mercial units, and apartment buildings on the massive 75-acre site located in West Belfast.







The role will see you assume responsibility for the construction of seven Apartment blocks with an overall value of £20 million and work closely with the rest of the management team in delivering the £95 million total development.

As Site Manager, some of your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to :

- Oversee the day-to-day direction of your package to ensure it meets expectations and deadlines.
- Liaise with other members of the management team to ensure the overall project ispleted in a cohesive, efficient manner.
- Ensure Health & Safety is always maintained as well as adjusting timelines based on the project’s progress, and regularlymunicate project goals to on-site employees.
- Regularly review project progress to assess how closely it’s proceeding to the projected timeline.
- Manage on site labour and specialist trades to ensure quality is achieved throughout the course of the build.






- Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractors and clients while ensuring the quality delivery of the project.

What you need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience overseeing construction projects in a Site Management capacity.

You will have previous experience of carrying out works at a management level on residential projects, as well as possessing relevant tickets ( SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS / NVQ).

You will stand out if you have previous experience working on high value residential developments and specifically managing the construction of Apartment blocks.

This client will be open to candidatesing from traditional trades and engineering backgrounds.





You must bemutable to Belfast for the long term with this site due to run for many more years.
