Level 3 Teaching AssistantErith / Crayford £85 - £90 per day
Randstad Education is recruiting for experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to start in November 2024 with a Cluster Trust in The London Borough of Bexley.
You will be based in one of the primary schools which provides a happy, friendly, welcoming and inclusive school providing education for children in Nursery from the age of 3 and Reception to Year 6.

Responsibilities include :
- Supporting teaching and learning for children as a whole class, small groups or individual basis
- Providing day to day support to Teachers in teaching and learning
- Preparing of learning resources in liaison with Teachers.
- Assisting in the creation of effective displays
- Working effectively alongside other teaching and support staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment is maintained.
- Adhere to the Schools policies including Safeguarding, Child Protection, Behaviour Management, Health and Safety.

Requirements :
- Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant
- A commitment to working with children and adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Ability to adapt and respond to children needs and plan accordingly
- Be able to creatively contribute to the development of the students
- Register the attendance of and supervise learners before,
during, or after school sessions as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with others to develop effective professional relationships
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Candidates should have a high standard of spoken and written English and mathematics.
- Be good and effective communicators with children and adults
- Be friendly, approachable, flexible and adaptable
- Be able to work on your own initiative with good time management skills
