Job Title : Senior Town Planner
Location : Newcastle City Centre
I am partnering with a leading planning consultancy with one of the best reputations in the industry. This company boasts a great reputation with it’s current staff and clients across the UK and they are looking to further develop their Newcastle office by adding a Senior Town Planner to their already thriving Planning and Development team.

you will play a pivotal role in shaping the urban landscape of the area.
You will work on a wide range of exciting projects, collaborating with local authorities, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of urban planning initiatives.
The team you will be joining is part of one of the largest property services firms in the North East and works seamlessly with colleagues in Development, Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets and Rural.
Key requirements for the role include :
- MRTPI and / or MRICS, ideally with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience
- An enjoyment of writing, with excellent language skills and ability to effectively communicate planning arguments.
- A proven ability to multi-task, across many projects, helping to steer the team’s workload, managing projects capably
