Job description

Global Organisation seeks an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team based in West London. The Assistant Management Accountant would be a part qualified accountant with experience of taking accounts up to trial balance, posting prepayments and accruals.

Duties of the Assistant Management Accountant include :

- Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts
- Posting of accruals and prepayments
- Update accounts payable ledgers with data entry of invoices
- Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments
- Process payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Regular interaction with high-net-worth individuals
- Liaising directly with representatives
- Ad hoc reporting







Requirements for the Assistant Management Accountant include :

- At least 2-3 years' experience within a finance function
- AAT / ACA / CIMA part qualified or equivalent is essential
- Previous use of Sage X3 highly desirable
- Ability to prioritise, work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
