Spark Foundry is seeking a dynamic Strategy Director to join our team on a fixed term contract to spearhead innovative strategies for our client, Brown Forman (Jack Daniels Whiskey, Gin Mare, Woodford Reserve and many other household name spirit brands) and Clarins (the multi-national cosmetics company).
As a key player in our agency, you'll have the opportunity to develpop brand strategies, drive consumer engagement, and revolutionize the way brands connect with their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives for key client accounts, fostering direct relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives.
- Own new strategic briefs, distill key objectives,
and develop communication structures for Planning and Investment teams.
- Collaborate across teams to develop comprehensive strategies, integrating insights, technology, and effectiveness divisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and debates, contributing to thought leadership articles, events, and award-winning papers.
- Drive new business efforts, increasing agency revenue and solidifying your role as a changemaker within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a strategic role within media planning and buying.
- Expertise in consumer behavior across media channels and technologies, leveraging insights for strategic advantage.
- Knowledgeable about industry topics and research, contributing to marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering trust and navigating challenging conversations.
