Academic Coach
Are you a graduate from a Russell Group University, looking to gain experience prior to starting a School-Direct Scheme with this school in September 2025?
Could you utilise your skills and degree knowledge to help raise the attainment levels of under-achieving inner-city students at KS3 & KS4?
If so this Academic Coach role is for you!
Academic Coach - English
September 2024 - July 2025
£80 - £90 per day
School based in central Birmingham
1 : 1 and small group intervention sessions
This Academic Coach role is to work with children across the national curriculum, helping raise the attainment levels of under-achieving pupils, bridging the gap between them and their peers.
The role is not subject specific so any degree will be suitable for this role and the only requirements are :
- Degree from a Russell Group University
- Solid academic background (A / B at A-Level)
To be successful for this role, you will need an enthusiastic and bubbly personality to help create excitement in the classroom.
You must also have the desire to train as a teacher, as the school will be offering a School-Direct placement through their fantastic teacher training programme.
