Job description
Wayman Group is currently seeking a Drama Teacher for a wonderful school in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join a highly regarded educational institution.

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare,
and deliver high-quality drama lessons
- Inspire and motivate students to develop their creativity and confidence
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement drama curriculum
- Organize and direct school productions or drama club activities
- Stay updated on the latest drama teaching techniques and resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience teaching drama to primary or secondary students (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of drama curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
- Proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
