Randstad are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker / Children's Workforce Academy Lead to join Liverpool City Council's Practice Academy.
This is a full time role, offering £46 per hour.

Responsibilities :
- Strong experience in Children's Service, having previously managed and supervised social workers.
- Will have good understanding in workforce development and training.
- Will be motivated, inspired and creative in their working approach and have the passion to drive the Academy forward.
- Will support the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning.
- Support and lead Workforce Development from a practice perspective across Children's Services.
- Provide leadership to all Practice Development Officers and Workforce Coordinators in the team.
- Recruit, induct and train team members.
- Develop and deliver robust training programmes across the workforce i.e. ASYE / Apprenticeships / Step-up's.
- Coordinate, plan, design and evaluate training opportunities for all learners.
Requirements :
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work England registered
Experience :
- Children
- Children
- Experienced Practice Educator.
