Real Estate Associate - Residential Development & Regeneration
We're looking for a Real Estate Associate to join a market leading team in the heart of the City of London. This role focuses on residential development and regeneration, working on high-profile projects for domestic and international clients. If you've got between 2-5 years of PQE and are passionate about real estate, this could be a fantastic fit for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling a broad range of real estate transactions with a focus on residential development and regeneration projects.
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and complex title due diligence, bringing your expertise to the table.
- Collaborating with developers, investors,
and other industry leaders, building long-lasting relationships.
- Offering practical, commercial legal advice to help clients navigate their projects smoothly.
- Getting involved in business development and client events, helping the team grow and build its presence.
About you:
- A qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in real estate law.
- Someone with experience in residential development and/or regeneration work.
- Confident, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Someone keen to develop their skills and make a real impact in a fast-paced international firm.
